It was a pleasure working with Barrett Financial Group as the mortgage broker on the recent purchase of a townhome in the Las Vegas area. My broker Dan made the process easy and seamless. The application and approval process was completed online, making submittal of required information easy. After receiving seller credits on the purchase agreement, I was able to convert the credits into a reasonably decent mortgage rate for the loan and pay for most of my closing costs. I closed about a week ago, and I'm glad that I chose Barret Financial Group. I would highly recommend this mortgage broker for your next home purchase.
