On one random Sunday we found the perfect home. We knew we had to act fast. Problem was it was Sunday and who could we call to get a pre-qualification letter so we could make the offer? We had to act fast because we knew this house would get multiple offers. Our agent Vicki said she had just the guy and company. So on a Sunday Mark Gibson picked up the phone and had us a pre-qualification letter almost immediately. Besides our agent, Mark was the main reason we were able to purchase this house. He was always quick to respond and handled everything flawlessly. I would highly recommend using this company especially Mark Gibson. If anyone I know is looking for a house in Utah I will definitely give them his contact.

She found an impossible low interest rate for my mortgage and was able to close it right before the rates shot up again.
